Additionally, to meet the need for small plastic samples from our clientele, we've introduced the vacuum casting (silicone molding) process. This approach allows us to utilize materials similar to injection molding, such as ABS+glass fiber, PP, PC, nylon+glass fiber, and other materials that cannot be effectively produced through 3D printing. The outcome is products with nearly identical performance to injection molding. It's an excellent solution for creating test samples before officially starting the mold, potentially resulting in substantial cost savings.
