Project Description 

The 1% Club is an Australian enterprise created by visionary entrepreneurs with a focus on e-commerce. We are currently leading innovative projects aimed at optimizing distribution processes for businesses ranging from startups to large corporations.

We collaborate with renowned brands like Sharp, Kent, Amezcua, Britol, MyHomePlus, Olik, Banago, SMC, FantasTeak, and Prikka. Our current initiative focuses on providing them with efficient distribution solutions.

For these ongoing projects, we are seeking qualified candidates who are willing to adapt to our environment.

Interview Process 

Initially, we will provide education on our B2B and B2C processes, end-to-end distribution process, strategies, and standard operating procedures. Subsequently, we will conduct interviews to assess your understanding and clarity about our business project, your willingness to learn and develop, and your decision-making abilities through multiple interviews before proceeding with your application.

Basic Required Qualifications 

 Proficient in English communication.

 Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.

 Quick learner adaptable to different environments.

 Innovative and creative thinker.

Additional Qualifications that may be advantageous 

 Strong teamwork, leadership, and management skills.

 Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, advertising, and marketing.

 Economy literacy.

Even if you are a recent graduate willing to learn, you are encouraged to apply. Our project has multiple responsibilities, including marketing, advertising, business analysis, Economy, talent acquisition, and HR management. We will determine the most suitable responsibility for you after the interviews and provide you with further information to prepare for the interviews. FAQ 02: What is my income?

There are various compensation methods for this project. Your income bracket will be determined based on your value to the project, ranging from $250 to $15,000 per month. We will assess where you fit in during the interview process.

FAQ 03: What is my working Environment?

 Remote work from home.

 Bi-annual travel for our annual conferences in countries such as Malaysia, Turkey, or Dubai.
